Midway City offers two beautiful facilities available for public rental—the historic Midway Town Hall and the versatile Midway Community Center. Whether you’re planning a small gathering, a business meeting, or a large community event, our spaces provide the perfect setting.

Payment must be made at time of application.

(If you are applying to rent in 2025, please note that there are no available days left for our Town Hall in 2025. There is limited availability for our Community Center Building. Please contact the City Offices for information on available days and 2025 application packets.)

Building Information

The Town Hall and Community Center are public facilities owned, operated and administered by Midway City. The renter agrees to respect the ground, buildings, furnishings and equipment.

No alcohol is allowed in any of the City buildings.
