About the Performance
Celebrate Independence Day with the Utah Symphony
Experience the power of live orchestral music beneath the mountains of Midway. As part of Utah’s America250 commemoration, the Utah Symphony will bring its Music Elevated State Tour to Midway Town Square for a special patriotic performance featuring beloved American favorites, inspiring classics, and music perfect for celebrating Independence Day.
This free community concert is made possible through a partnership between Midway City, America250 Utah, and the Utah Symphony.
What to Expect
Family Friendly
Enjoy an evening of music in a welcoming outdoor setting for all ages.
Bring Your Own Seating
Lawn chairs and blankets. Seating is first come, first served on the Town Square lawn. Seating opens at 4 PM.
Patriotic Celebration
Stay after the concert for fireworks from Memorial Hill.

Food & Dining
Arrive Early and Make an Evening of It
Beginning at 5:00 PM, food trucks and local dining options will be available near Town Square. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy dinner, shop local businesses, and explore Midway before the concert begins.
Food truck lineup will be announced closer to the event.
Parking & Shuttle Information
Parking
Public parking will be available throughout Midway, although limited. Additional event parking areas and shuttle routes will be announced as the event approaches. We encourage you to walk or ride your bike to the event.
Shuttle Service
Complimentary shuttle service will be available from designated parking locations before and after the concert. Detailed parking maps and shuttle information will be added approximately two weeks before the event.

Is the concert free?
Yes. Admission is completely free.
Can I bring chairs?
Yes. Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged.
Is there reserved seating?
No. Seating is first come, first served.
When can I place my chairs or blankets on the lawn?
The Town Square seating area opens at 4 PM. Chairs, blankets and personal items are not permitted on the lawn before that time. Unattended chairs and blankets will be removed.
Are pets allowed?
No. Please leave your pets safely at home.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The show is rain or shine. Severe weather updates will be posted on the City website, social media channels, and the My Midway City App.
Can I bring food?
Yes. Please remember that our Town Square is alcohol free. Food trucks will be available.
