Memorandum of Agreement

Midway City entered into a memorandum of agreement with Clearwater PACE, LLC to authorize the designation of an Energy Assessment Area, to facilitate the financing of the cost of acquiring, constructing, and installing certain energy efficiency upgrades, at Ameyalli Resort located at 954 North Wellness Drive, Midway, Utah, 84049.
