Irrigation (secondary) water is provided and managed by the Midway Irrigation Company.

Sanitation Services are provided by Midway Sanitation District, which is not managed by Midway City.

The Midway Sanitation District Board of Trustees will hold 12 regularly scheduled meetings during the year. Meetings will be held on the second Monday of each month at 3 pm
