Fireworks and Open Flame Restrictions in Effect

Due to extremely dry conditions and an increased risk of wildfire, all fireworks and open flames are prohibited throughout Midway City from July 22–25.

These restrictions are in place to help protect our homes, mountains, first responders, and our community. We understand this may be disappointing, but the safety of our residents and the preservation of our mountain surroundings must come first.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to reduce the risk of wildfire and keep Midway safe. Thank you for doing your part.
