Corrected 2026 Property Tax Rates

The tax rates for Midway City and Midway City Bond are incorrect on the 2026 property tax notice received by residents. The rate for Midway City should be 0.000502. The rate for Midway City Bond should be 0.000133. These were the rates approved by the Midway City Council and provided for the notice. The corrected rates will be shown on the 2026 property tax statement which will be mailed in October. The tax will be collected at that time and will be based on the corrected rates.
